About Quality Associates International
Founded in 1986 and incorporated in 1989, Quality Associates International has grown from one location serving Ford Motor Company’s Automotive Safety Office to multiple locations serving over 200 major companies worldwide. Our customers range from Fortune 500’s to medium and smaller firms. When companies engage with QAI, it is their desire to improve quality, increase customer satisfaction, and provide highly reliable products and services.
QAI began as a quality support organization for specialty products for Ford Motor Company (Special Vehicle Team (SVT), overseas operations, and Dealer Special Orders (DSO). The special nature of these programs allowed QAI to develop and refine unique support processes for new product development. (FMEA Express, and QFD methodology) Our success in fast to market specialty products made QAI popular with other manufacturers over the years such as Harley-Davidson, Club-Car, Caterpillar, Lockheed Martin, John Deere and Nokia. Our Associates come from various quality and engineering backgrounds. With an average of 20 years experience, each associate is selected for their unique contribution to the science and quality process and placed with clients with needs and desires that meet our Associates qualification.
