Workshop/Seminar Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by a registered participant in a Quality Associates International, Inc. workshop/seminar shall receive a full refund of all fees paid, so long as the cancellation occurs prior to seven (7) days before the workshop/seminar.
Refunds
No refunds will be made if notice of cancellation occurs within seven (7) days of the workshop/seminar.
QAI reserves the right to cancel a workshop/seminar for whatever reason. If this should occur, all registered participants will be immediately notified and full refund of all fees paid will be made to each participant.
