This two-day workshop was developed to assist individuals with the interpretation of specific ISO Quality Management System and Environmental Management System models and train individuals to conduct internal (first party) audits. Workshops are designed to give individuals the tools they need to carry out audits efficiently and effectively. An open book assignment will be completed to assess each individual's knowledge and understanding in regards to: Interpreting the ISO QMS and EMS requirements; Preparing for the Audit; Conducting the Audit; Preparing the Audit Report; the Follow-up and Closure of Non-conformances (NC); and Providing Feedback to area being audited.
