Workshop Details:

This two-day workshop has been developed to assist individuals in the interpretation and application of the current Chrysler, Ford and General Motors QS-9000 / TS 16949 Quality System Requirements. Individuals will be taught how to perform internal quality audits (first party) of the quality management system. This workshop is delivered using both lectures and workshops in order to provide individuals with the tools and techniques used to properly carry out internal quality audits. An open book assignment will be completed to assess each participants knowledge and understanding. At the completion of this workshop, students should be able to: Develop an audit checklist; Conduct an audit; Prepare an audit report; Close out a non-conformance; Provide feedback to areas being audited; and Interpret the requirements as it relates to their organization.
