This three-day workshop offers Internal Auditor training that is recognized by the RAB. The workshop delivery format includes both lecture, student workshops, presentations and an in class assignment. Each participant will receive a certificate upon successful completion. At the completion of this workshop, students should be able to: Interpret the requirements of ISO 9001:2000; Prepare for the audit; Conduct the audit, including opening & closing meetings, execution of the audit, audit team meeting; Prepare the audit report; Follow up and close out a nonconformance (NC); Provide feedback to the audited areas; Suggest opportunities for continuous improvement.
