Workshop Details:

This three-day workshop offers Internal Auditor training that is recognized by the RAB, but with a focus on the current Chrysler, Ford and General Motors QS-9000 / TS 16949 Quality System Requirements. The workshop delivery format includes both lecture, student workshops, presentations and an in class assignment. Each participant will receive a certificate upon successful completion. At the completion of this workshop, students should be able to: Interpret the requirements of ISO 9001:2000; Prepare for the audit; Conduct the audit, including opening & closing meetings, execution of the audit, audit team meeting; Prepare the audit report; Follow up and close out a nonconformance (NC); Provide feedback to the audited areas; Suggest opportunities for continuous improvement.
