This five-day workshop meets the training requirements for RAB Lead Auditor Certification. The workshop content includes managing quality system audits (system and compliance), audit phases, understanding, interpreting and auditing, using ISO 10011 - Guideline to Auditing Quality Systems. The training provides an understanding and interpretation of the ISO 9001 standard and an in-depth comprehension of the audit process. This course includes the mandatory evening workshops using lectures, workshops, role playing, case studies, quizzes and team-based exercises. Each individual is required to write and pass a two-hour examination in order to complete the course. At the completion of this workshop, students will be able to: Manage the audit process; Prepare for first, second and third party audits; Conduct first, second and third party audits; Report on first, second and third party audits; Close out first, second and third party audits; and Perform follow up audits to assess correction action taken to address nonconformance’s (NC).
