This workshop focuses on a basic understanding of what is required to complete each step in the Global 8D problem solving process. Each individual will learn through case studies to identify the methods and tools required to complete each step of the problem solving process. Teams also have an opportunity to practice using the tools at D-2 , D-4 and D-7 in additional case study applications.
