These half-day workshops have been developed for Top Level Management in organizations that are considering implementing the internationally recognized ISO Management System Standards. These workshops may also serve as a refresher workshop for those organizations that may need to train new or recently promoted Executives and key Senior Management Staff. The objectives of these workshops are: to provide individuals with an introduction to specific ISO standards; reasons and benefits of implementation; cost and timing of implementation; steps to registration and basic documentation requirements; Identify Managements responsibility in regards to implementation, certification and continual improvement.
