Workshop Details:

This workshop discusses quality costs, which are segmented into two areas cost of non-conforming and cost of conformance. This tool is used to analyze an organization’s overall costs and to improve overall quality and increase profitability. The participant will learn how quality costs relate into an organizations overall cost structure, these costs are: external failure, internal failure, appraisal and prevention costs.
