Benchmarking is a method to identify best-in-class processes for study and application to an organizations internal processes. Best-in-class processes can be found internal to your organization, within or outside the organizations industry. The participant will learn techniques and methods to: target internal processes in need of improvement, research and identify best-in-class processes, determine key success factors and performance measures, conduct a gap analysis and comparing best-in-class to your own process, develop and implement new processes adapting success factors and monitoring performance measures.
