This one-day workshop was developed to address specific ISO 9000 requirements as it applies to the many Service Industries that drive the economy. Individuals will use the guidance document " ISO 9000 For Small Businesses - What To Do" to assist in interpreting the requirements of the ISO 9001 quality management systems model. The objectives of this workshop is to provide individuals with an introduction to specific ISO standards, reasons and benefits of implementation, cost and timing of implementation, steps to registration and basic documentation requirements.
