Our customers have benefited from our classroom based training in their own work environment, as well as in our training facilities located in the US, Europe, and Australia. On-site training offers special advantages allowing our trainers to observe both the unique requirements of a production facility as well as insights into training methods that promote a more specialized approach to training specifically suited to those unique requirements and opportunities.

QAI offers education courses in 3 different formats. This allows you to choose the format best suited to your needs.
Courses offered on-site at your facility
The most popular option offered by QAI is training conducted at your facility. Any of our courses can be tailored to a specific customer request while providing the most cost effective training solution, due to:
- Minimized travel expenses of participants
- Provides a familiar learning environment
- Allows our trainers to observer actual product or process operations to incorporate into training examples
- Training can become a development workshop
- Focus on topics that are relevant to a specific customer
The cost is typically based on a daily rate with a per person charge for materials. Travel expenses and allowances do apply.
*Class size can be as small as five but are limited to 20 participants.

Courses offered at our facilities
An additional resource option is training at one of our training facilities. These courses are available for individuals from different companies who are pooled together to form a class. Advantages to this method of training include:
- Single or small group cost advantages
- Increased spectrum of industry experience and product / process failure history
- QAI standardized examples and workshops
- Amenities and supplies are provided
- Conveniently located near major travel hubs
These courses are normally offered on a periodic basis or as the needs are expressed by our customers. All classes are available for training at our facility. If you have a specific need for training that is not indicated on our training schedule, please contact us so that we can accommodate your specific needs.
*QAI will hold a class with as few as six persons but seats are limited to 20 for most courses.
Whether our clients utilize our facilities or their own, they are guaranteed to receive training from educators that have not only had hands on experience in design and manufacturing facilities, but are also experienced in the tools on which they are educating. Computer Based Training (CBT)
QAI offers Computer Based Training (CBT), also more popularly know as computer assisted instruction or e-Learning, for many of our basic Quality and Reliability courses. This process of learning is not taught in a conventional classroom, but involves software applications installed on computers, which can be much more effective than the classroom environment for disciplined quick learners.
We have carefully crafted interactive training modules within our CBT that engage participants for effective transfer of knowledge. These CBT programs include sounds clips, video, animation, instant feedback quizzes and exams as well as printable reference materials in common downloadable formats. Advantages for this option include:
- Self paced (limited time availability applies)
- Can be taken worldwide
- Provides the most cost effective training option
- Often incorporated into classroom training for a blended learning approach
- Allows for repetitive exposure to specific topics or examples for increased retention
- Multiple user access from any web or intranet connection
These self-paced courses can be taken online or purchased for your organization to use on an unlimited basis.

FMEA Training
To properly use FMEA’s efficiently and effectively, training in the techniques and facilitation methods becomes imperative.
